Todd has an impressive background in executive leadership roles in business development and technical sales throughout the Energy and Power industry. Todd’s family is his pride and joy, and he can be found volunteering as a Minor Hockey head coach and with the Salvation Army’s Toy Mountain. Vince holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a minor in Business from the University of Calgary, an Advanced Accounting Certificate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, a CAPPA certificate (Canadian Association of Petroleum Production Accounting), as well as certificates of completion in the Public Company Compliance Workshops which focus on the regulations of the Securities Regulatory Industry, Continuous Disclosure Obligations, as well as Regulatory and Corporate Governance Practices. Vince’s international experience includes Canada, the United States, Trinidad and Tobago, and Cambodia. Mr. Ghazar also happens to be one of the kindest humans our team has ever had the pleasure of knowing. Vince is devoted to his beautiful wife and two wonderful sons and lets his inner superhero out on the racetrack where he worked with the Calgary Police and Race City Speedway to set up Friday night drag racing to take it off the streets!
